DINING SERVICE MANAGER

Management of a dining-services operation. This position is appropriate for leaders with an entrepreneurial profile who have experience in management of a dining service and preferably training in food services management, dietetics, nutrition, or administration.

 
ASSISTANT MANAGER

Assisting the manager of a restaurant service. Our requirements are good knowledge of bookkeeping, planning, and personnel management. We are looking for people with relevant experience and, preferably, training in management of food services, dietetics, nutrition, or administration.

 
SENIOR CHEF - HEAD CHEF - MANAGING CHEF

Responsible for food production and management of human resources, supervising cost control of operations, preparation, presentation, development, and standardization of menus. We are looking for people with good team spirit, relevant experience, and preferably training in institutional cooking or management of food services.

 
CHEF

Food production in an institutional dining service. We are looking for people with appropriate experience and preferably training in institutional cooking.

 
NUTRITIONIST

Clinical nutrition and nutritional management. We require relevant experience and a university degree in nutrition.

 
SUPPORT POSITIONS

We are looking for general assistants, assistant chefs, servers, dishwashers, cashiers, maintenance clerks, etc.
