Aramark is constantly reinventing how it does things with its « Centre of Innovation » - the only one of its kind in the sector. This centre for inventiveness and avant-garde design enables ARAMARK to bring experts in many fields, all of them devoted to improving the customer experience, together in one place

Team members at the centre work on product research and development and on design and production of innovative food-services solutions. The team consists of more than 80 experts in research and analysis of consumer needs, branding strategy, layout concepts for new facilities, and refurbishing of existing locales, as well as professionals in merchandising and promotional marketing and top-quality chefs.

At the core of the centre of innovation is the test kitchen, where chefs concoct new recipes and test new products before they are offered to the clientele.  The way it works is remarkable: to encourage exchanges of ideas, each member is an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that builds an overall vision of the customer’s culinary experience.

All of these experts work in close collaboration to find solutions that meet the requirements of clients in all sectors. To do this, they listen to customers’ concerns via marketing research (satisfaction and opinion surveys, focus groups) conducted as appropriate.
